Cancellation Policy
Booking, Deposit & Appointment Policy
To secure your appointment, a credit card and deposit are required at the time of booking. The deposit will be applied toward your service total at checkout. We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. No-shows or changes made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may require a modification of the service to avoid impacting the following scheduled appointments.
